Emma at Hillingdon Ranch

We spent two nights at the ranch on our vacation trip. I wanted Shari and Emma to get to know Carol and Robin, my great aunt and uncle, and Laura Edith and David, Robin's sister and her husband. We had a wonderful time, and both Shari and Emma loved them so much (and the feeling was mutual). Unfortunately, because of our visit during the middle of the week, we didn't get to see our other cousins who live off the ranch, although we did get to have dinner with Carol's daughter, Keely, and her family.

As you can see below, Emma was fascinated with her Uncle Robin, and Aunt Carol gave her her first driving lesson! She needs to focus a bit more on watching the road, though... She doesn't quite have that concept down yet!

Robin took us on rides around the ranch in his Yamaha Rhino, which is a small 4 wheel pick-up (larger than a 4 wheeler but much smaller than a regular pick-up). Emma loved riding in the Rhino and despite the bumpy terrain and noise, she always fell asleep pretty quickly.

I had intended on getting many more photos of the ranch, however I unfortunately didn't. We'll be going back, though, and next time I'll be sure to have the camera with me at all times!
