Austin trip

This past week we were in Austin seeing family and a bunch of friends. We were there for a full week and had a great time! Emma proved to be very portable and she met lots of new people. Chris and I also celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary with a nice and quiet dinner for just the two of us (Emma was well cared for by Al and Peggy). Emma is still scooting backwards and it's amazing how she can navigate in that manner. Some of the pictures below were taken in a field of bluebonnets which grow in abundance this time of year in Texas. It was definitely a special time to go back to Austin where we were married and take our daughter with us. Emma is such a delight and we continue to be so grateful for her. She will be 9 months old on Saturday!
