Last week Emma was able to spend some time with my mom before school starts (her first day is on Wednesday, Sept 4th).  An elephant parade moved into town and my mom took Emma around to see some of the fantastic statues scattered around Dana Point.  I went down there on Friday and we went back to visit a few of them.  They are really neat and my pictures don't do them justice.  They will be around until November so I'm hoping we can go back down there again to see some more.  You can read more about this great cause here or here:  http://www.mydanapoint.com/elephants
