Emma has been asking for a "tent" in her room all week.  This basically means putting an inflatable mattress on the floor and hanging a sheet over it.  I love our low maintenance camper :-)

Chris found a really neat small aquarium for Emma's room and we bought her a fish for her birthday.  She named the fish after a boy in her class...can you believe it???  I can't.  So, Frankie has joined our family and Lucy couldn't be more thrilled.  Luckily the top of the tank has cups for plants so she isn't able to stick her paw in the water, although I have caught her pawing at the glass a few times.  The plant seeds sprouted really quickly and will hopefully become thicker with time.  I also caught Lucy sitting on top of the plants.  Wish us luck with our new family pet!
