January 29th

Emma ended up having a nice weekend even though it had a rocky start.  She stayed at home on Friday with Chris since she had a fever.  I was knee deep in a bunch of ungrateful anesthesiologists at 4 of our medical centers at work, so I was very grateful that Chris was able to stay home and take good care of our Emma Claire.  She was very lethargic and was definitely not feeling well all day.  Fortunately she was much better the next morning and continued to recover throughout the weekend.  Emma asked to go to "Old Navies" today so we headed over there and she picked out a new pair of shoes and a dress.  Of course I found a really good coupon in my car later this evening that would have saved me about half of the money I spent.  I guess that means we will just have to go back next weekend to spend it before it expires.
