Emma definitely wanted to be a princess for Halloween, but it was hard for her to decide on which one. Cinderella is one of Emma's favorite princesses and I think she looked very cute in her costume. Everyone was really nice and some even gave her extra candy :-) Emma would say "trick or treat" and "thank you" in a very soft voice, but then she would proclaim rather loudly that she was going to the next house to get more candy. She only likes solid chocolate bars or Hershey kisses, so she had quite a bit of candy left over once she picked through it.
Chris took some great pictures. We're lucky to have a talented photographer in the family to capture these special moments.
Emma told me this evening that she is going to be a cat next year. She also told me I would need to paint whiskers and a nose on her. I mentioned to her that she doesn't have a tail so she said we would need to buy one since she only has a "booty". She is such a character.
