October 30th - Cowboy's Stadium

We took a self guided tour of the Cowboys Stadium while we were in Dallas, with our good friend, Kristie. Shari and I are both Cowboys fans (even more so when they're having a good season, which is not the case this year), so it was cool to get to see the huge new stadium. I was fortunate enough to attend ONE game at the old stadium, years ago. To say that the new stadium is huge would be an understatement.

Taking the tour allows you to go down onto the field, into the locker rooms for the players and the cheerleaders, into the press room and into the Miller Lite Clubs on each side of the field. Emma was a lot more interested in playing in the inflatable jumper and slide at the end zone than looking at the stadium. If she ever becomes a Cowboys fan, though, she can say that she has played in the end zone of the Cowboys Stadium!
