Emma's school hosts Grandparents' Day each year and it's a wonderful day for the kids and their families. Grandparents are invited to attend a special program featuring the kids in the auditorium and then they move to their respective classrooms to meet the teacher and complete a craft. Emma was fortunate to have my mom and Chris' dad in attendance. School was dismissed early and they also took her to lunch and a movie. We are very grateful that they both continue to play an active role in Emma's life and love her unconditionally.
