September 12th

Emma finished up her first full week of school and she had a smile on her face at the end so I think it was a success!  I was excited to find out that I could help her with her math homework.  I'm sure Chris will have to take over soon, but I think I can handle first grade math for now.  This evening we went skating around the neighborhood and Emma brought her new friend along.  Chris' dad sent Emma a package that had a really cute crab in it.  It was a nice way to end our Friday.
