We also spent time collecting shells on the beach. Emma loved going back to the beach house in the afternoon and sitting outside with the hose washing off the shells. She had quite a collection by the time we left.

August 13th
It is pretty windy at the beach so of course we needed to buy a kite the next day. Emma told me quite a few times that her Grandpa taught her how to fly a kite so she definitely wouldn't need my help. He taught her well since she didn't have any trouble navigating the rainbow kite.
