May 5th

Chris encouraged us to actually leave the Westin and explore Maui for a while the following day.  We piled into the car, Chris stopped for coffee and then we were off for our island adventure.  Chris drove us north (I think) along the coast through a part of the island that is really beautiful and definitely not touristy.  The road was only one lane at times and the drop off was fairly steep.  It was really neat to see a different side of Maui.  We ended up at a great restaurant for lunch called Mama's Fish House.  In the evening Chris booked us a sunset cruise on a catamaran.  I really enjoyed being on the boat and it was so pretty as the sun was setting on the horizon.
