Stickers? Play Doh? Crayons? Markers? Paint? Emma loves them all :-) I've noticed that other kids her age color within the lines of a picture so today I was encouraging her to do the same. She asked me why and I couldn't come up with a good reason. So, I told her she can color wherever she wants to on the page. I love my girl!

On a side note, Emma went through yet another growth spurt and I recently bought clothes in the juniors section (I'm not sure what to call this section of clothes in the store...juniors? It's the next one up from toddlers). Anyway, the cost of clothes in the juniors section is much more than the toddler section. I'm not sure why I was surprised, but it caught me off guard. As if I don't have enough to lament with my 3 yr old about to turn 4 next month, now I have to pay a monetary cost along with the emotional one as well :-)
