This sounds weird, but I keep forgetting that Emma is growing older every day. I remember it at odd times though. She'll look at me a certain way, say something new or come home in a t-shirt that used to be too big for her, but now it's so short her belly hangs out (in a cute way of course). So, while logically I understand she is growing up, it usually hits me over the head every now and then.
