March 27th - Pre-Easter egg hunt

Last Sunday (the 27th) we were invited by our good friends, Kerri and Reza, to an Easter egg hunt in Griffith Park with their daughter Haley. Their friends, Robert and LeighAnn and their daughter Sammy, joined us. Haley and Sammy were Emma's trick-or-treating buddies on Halloween, at Kerri's house.

Anyway, when we arrived, Kerri had a picnic table all set up for decorating eggs. Emma tried her hand at that for a while, then wanted to go to the playground which was just down the way. Later Kerri, Shari and LeighAnn "hid" the Easter eggs for the girls, who were very excited to pick them up and stuff their baskets.

We had a great time, and thanks to Kerri for all of her creative efforts (as usual)!
