September 20th

Even though we haven't updated Emma's blog in a while, she sure hasn't let that slow her down. Last weekend Emma met her Uncle Paul and it was such a treat for her. He very generously gave us a couple of tickets to Disneyland and we can't wait to use them in December! I'm looking forward to taking Emma there for the first time in a couple of months. Emma started feeling sick earlier this week and it progressively continued to get worse. She had a fever and then broke out in a rash. Of course you still have to love and kiss her even though her face is swollen and it is covered in a rash! My mom really helped out by coming up to stay with her. Emma enjoyed showing her Gramma how much she loves to open and close the doors now :-)

I discovered a very cute clothing place called Hanna Andersson (yes, there are 2 "s" in the name). I'm hoping they will read Emma's blog and send her a bunch of free clothes to model for them or at least a gift card :-) I think I will need to order some things for Emma though regardless.

A few notes about the pictures:

1 - Aunt Sandy and Uncle Gym bought Emma this ultra-coordinated outfit complete with matching shoes. We went over to our white picket fence (well, it's not really our fence, but we borrow it from time to time for pictures) this morning and took some photos. Only 1 of them came out ok though...I didn't like the rest of them.
2 - Emma loves it when Chris hangs her upside down. I think it's a "dad" thing - I never seem to think of doing it.
3 - Emma loved meeting her Uncle Paul and hopes he comes back to visit her soon. Thank you again for the tickets to Disneyland!

Cutest pictures EVER! The one of Emma after the one with her and the soccer ball just melts my heart. Oh and ummm...isn't swimming in the fountains against HOA rules?! ;-)
