October 21st

We didn't get a chance to take many pictures this weekend, however here's one of Emma sitting in her swing with her friend Dixie the Dragonfly. She really enjoys touching and batting at the toy, which has different textures and sounds (like a crinkly paper sound and a bell). It's a Lamaze toy, which Shari says are really good for babies. Anyway, it's really funny to see and hear her playing with it. We also went to visit our friends Angela and Mario this morning, who are getting ready to move to Austin (we're jealous!). They had a "Goodbye Open House" today and invited all of their friends and family to drop by to say goodbye. Emma got to meet Angela for the first time. Angela has two beautiful children of her own. They are all very excited about their move and we look forward to visiting them when we're there in April!
