A friend of ours gave Emma an amazing gift...The Miracle Blanket (this is the actual name of the blanket and it definitely lives up to it!). Emma likes to sleep tightly wrapped up and she will inevitably work her way out of just about any blanket. The Miracle Blanket wraps her up in a unique way and allows her to stay tightly swaddled despite her best efforts to escape. She sleeps for a very long time when placed in this amazing blanket. I highly recommend this product to all new parents. There is a picture below with her fast asleep in the Miracle Blanket.
The second set of pictures came from an idea that I heard from my friend at work. He suggested taking Emma's picture next to a stuffed animal periodically to see how much she has grown. Since I'm with her every day, I forget how fast she is growing. The first picture taken with Lulu the Lamb (that was the name the animal came with from BabyStyle) was just past 2 weeks from Emma's birth. The second picture was taken today marking her 5 week milestone.
