2 Weeks Old

Emma sure is growing up fast and I can't believe she's already over 2 weeks old! This past week she has started spending time on her play mat. We were so proud when she was able to turn her head from side to side while being on her stomach. Emma also had her "2 week checkup" on Friday. She has grown 3/4" and has already gained almost 1 pound. I tried to put her in several different outfits this morning, but she has already grown out of her "newborn-sized" clothing. Before we know it she'll be off to college (of course we'll be encouraging her to attend the University of Texas)! She went with us to dinner last night and slept throughout the meal again.
