First Week

Emma has had a very busy first week. She continues to be the cutest thing we have ever seen and definitely keeps us on our toes. A few days ago Emma discovered her fingers and likes to taste them every now and then. This can make feeding time quite a challenge, but she soon figures out there is little nutrition in those sweet fingers. After one week and a day, we took Emma to dinner at our favorite Mexican food restaurant. I’m not sure if she was that impressed though since she slept through the entire meal. She then went to Whole Foods grocery store....again, not that impressed as she slept through the outing. Chris figured out that Emma enjoys soft rock and finds it very soothing. Tomorrow we’re going to try a sponge bath again and this time I promise to comb her hair afterwards. It sure can be fuzzy after a gentle washing! I can’t say enough about her as this little girl has captured our hearts and is truly a miracle.
